In this track, you’ll explore how joyful discipleship deepens understanding, refines character, strengthens conviction, and draws us closer to the Savior. Hope and Healing in the Savior
The Power of the Atonement of Jesus Christ
Everyone carries something; whether it’s grief, mistakes, disappointment, or wounds that feel
slow to heal, the Savior’s power to restore is real. This track centers on the healing made possible
through Jesus Christ and His Atonement while exploring the practical work of emotional and
mental wellness. Through personal stories, gospel teaching, and thoughtful insight, you’ll learn
tools for processing pain, finding healthy support, and building resilience through faith. These
sessions create space for hope, forgiveness, and renewal – reminding us that no one is beyond the
reach of His grace.

Talents, Purpose, and the Lord’s Work
Your life is a stewardship – your time, talents, connections, and opportunities all matter to the
Lord. This track explores how to live with greater intention as you seek to align your gifts with
the Lord’s work. Speakers will share insights and perspectives on how purpose shapes the way
we approach our careers, leadership opportunities, and everyday responsibilities. You’ll gain
perspective on developing your talents, influencing others for good, and building a life that
reflects both your potential and your faith. These sessions invite you to see your path not just as a
series of choices, but as a calling to grow, lead, and serve.
The Lord Will Lead You
Finding Direction through Scripture and Revelation
Big decisions rarely come with easy answers. This track focuses on learning how to recognize and trust the Lord’s voice in your life, and finding answers in the words of the prophets – both past and present. Explore how personal revelation and scripture study works in everyday decisions – from life direction to small daily choices. These sessions are designed to help you grow in spiritual confidence as you seek guidance from the Spirit.
Covenant Relationships
Friendships, Dating, and Eternal Connection
Relationships are central to our lives, shaping how we grow, learn, and reflect the Savior in meaningful ways. As we make and keep sacred covenants, our capacity to love deepens, preparing us to form and sustain eternal relationships centered in Jesus Christ. This track explores friendships, dating, and preparation for eternal marriage through a gospel perspective, helping us strengthen bonds, communicate effectively, and build confidence in ourselves and others. Come discover ways to cultivate Christ-centered relationships, recognize healthy patterns, and navigate challenges with faith and purpose. These sessions offer encouragement, perspective, and guidance for growing in friendship, love, and eternal partnership
The Living Restoration (Symposium)
Faithful Inquiry and Deep Gospel Learning
Some gospel questions deserve more time, more context, and more careful attention than a typical Sunday meeting allows. The Religious Symposium track creates space for that kind of learning – an opportunity to slow down, ponder, and feast upon the words of Jesus Christ in scripture and teachings of the prophets. Featuring scholars, historians, theologians, and experienced teachers, these sessions offer faithful, rigorous engagement with doctrinal, historical, and spiritual topics that can deepen understanding and strengthen testimony. Rooted in earnest inquiry and devotion to Jesus Christ, this track is for those who want to think more deeply, learn more fully, and continue building a faith that is both informed and sincere.
Voices of Discipleship (Mini Keynote Series)
Faith in Action: Gifts, Testimony, and Christlike Becoming
This track invites young single adults from across the Utah Area to share how their spiritual gifts and personal experiences are shaping the way they serve and become. Through honest and uplifting messages, speakers will explore the relationship between discipleship and creativity, resilience and purpose, talent and consecration. These sessions are meant to help participants see
their own lives more clearly, recognize the gifts the Lord has placed within them, and feel greater confidence in using those gifts to bless others and build the Kingdom of God.
